Retail items purchased at Hip Hip FurRay can be returned within 30 days of their purchase date, at our physical store location, must be accompanied by a physical or digital receipt, and must be in unopened, unused condition. The original payment method used will be refunded. (Please allow up to 7-10 business days for these funds to be refunded.)

Exceptions can be made for dog collars that need to be exchanged for a different size. Please see the store manager for further assistance with such an exchange.
